Fabrice Beluze, born in France in 1976, began his training in the art of woodworking at the age of 16. A few years later, his meeting with Alexandre Snitkovski , one of the best luthiers in France was a turning point in his career while he discovered a true passion for violin making. Alongside his master and mentor during more than 10 years, he refined his restoration techniques while working on prestigious violins, violas and cellos like Amati , Stradivari, Guarneri etc. After years of trust and close collaboration, they decided to become partners and founded Beluze & Snitkovski. Fabrice moved to China in 2007, where he has built a deserved reputation among nationally and internationally recognized musicians thanks to his instrument knowledge and highly appraised skills in the set up and adjustment of instruments.
Alexandre Snitkovski, a French-Russian violin maker master and son of the internationally well-known violin player Semyon Snitkovski has a high-level of education in violin playing and started studying violin making at the early age of 15. He quickly became a violin maker at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow and after a long collaboration with the French violin maker, Master Jean Frederic Schmitt , he founded his own workshop in 1991 in Lyon (France). There he was entrusted with prestigious instruments like Stradivari, Guarneri, Amati, Gagliano, Vuillaume etc. Today he works for many international professional musicians and grand soloists in his Lyon workshop A. Snitkovski . He is the official luthier for international festivals like Portogruaro (Italy) or Eilat (Israel).
